PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Leonard Jerome Gorham Sr. is facing three charges after a woman fell from a fourth-floor balcony and died at an apartment complex off London Boulevard Thursday morning, according to new court documents obtained by 10 On Your Side.
According to dispatch, officers were called to the 1100 block of London Boulevard just after 3 a.m. for the report of an incident. Portsmouth police later confirmed they are conducting a death investigation.
Police confirmed the victim was a woman but have not released her name.
