All lanes of I-64 east and west in Norfolk will be closed overnight on Sunday, March 29, from 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m. between 4th View Street (Exit 273) and Bayville Street/Ocean View (Exit 272). The closure supports overhead sign installation for the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion project.
