HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – An ICE detainment was caught on video at a Hampton apartment complex Thursday morning.
Eyewitnesses told 10 On Your Side they saw what appeared to be ICE agents taking individuals into custody in the parking lot of the the Sacramento Townhomes and Tide Mill Farms apartment community.

Residents say they are most concerned about the whereabouts of the men who were taken into custody and are worried for their families, after two unmarked vehicles arrived on the property and started detaining people.
“It looked like a person going about his normal day,” said nearby resident Jermaine Barlow. “It didn’t look like he was causing any chaos or ruckus or anything. He showed up to a place to work. What is the wrong in that?”…
