VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Virginia Beach woman was arrested during a No Kings Rally in Town Center on Saturday, according to police.
Jessica Brooke Pinsky, 40, was charged with disorderly conduct and pedestrian in the roadway.
