SUFFOLK, Va. — Law enforcement agencies have seized 159 kilograms of cocaine, valued at approximately $6 million, from a location in Suffolk linked to a suspected drug trafficking organization operating in the Hampton Roads area.
The operation was a joint effort by the DEA Norfolk District Office, Suffolk Police Department, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
“Through this successful investigation, it has been proven that when agencies work together, big things can happen,” said Suffolk Police Chief James D. Buie. “Hampton Roads is much safer today thanks to the dedication of the men and women involved.”…
