Man sentenced after pleading guilty to credit card theft and receiving stolen goods in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — On March 26, a man was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to felony credit card theft and receiving stolen goods from a series of thefts from vehicles in 2025, according to the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

Stephaun Griffin, 23, and Jordan Palmer, 23, worked together to commit one vehicle theft and multiple thefts from vehicles in 2025.
