The Windsor Planning Commission voted 7-0 on Wednesday, March 25, to recommend the Town Council approve a conditional use permit (CUP) allowing an automobile painting booth to be installed within an existing Parham’s Classic Auto building at 13 E. Windsor Blvd.
The commission’s vote followed a public hearing on the matter during which no one from the public spoke.
