VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Video shared with WAVY shows crash witnesses rushing to the aid of a victim stuck in an overturned vehicle in Virginia Beach.
Virginia Beach Police confirmed they were called to the crash site in the 1900 block of Dam Neck Road, near Harpers Road, at 6:41 p.m. on April 14. They determined two vehicles were involved in the incident. One of the drivers had minor injuries and was treated at the scene, police said.
WAVY viewer Allie McVicar provided video that captured the active crash scene. It shows several people stopping to help the crash victims, including her husband. He jumped on top of the overturned Amazon truck and helped get the driver out before emergency crews arrived on scene…
