CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A crash occurred Thursday afternoon on I-64 East at the High Rise Bridge in Chesapeake, according to VDOT.
As of 2:39 p.m., both general-purpose lanes have reopened following the crash. The express lane remains closed.
