RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Virginia Department of Historic Resources (DHR) has announced that seven new historical markers, including one in Newport News, will be placed along roadways throughout the state.
On Tuesday, April 14, DHRannounced in a press release that the Virginia Board of Historic Resources approved seven new markers during a quarterly meeting on March 19.
