VIRGINIA — A vehicle crash on Interstate 664 in Newport News has caused traffic delays on Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
Officials said the crash occurred near 35th Street at mile marker 4.6. As a result of the incident, the northbound Exit 5 ramp was closed.
