PORTSMOUTH, Va (WAVY) – The Portsmouth Police Department are asking of the public’s help locating 64-year-old Timothy Stevens.
Stevens is a black male with brown eyes and short gray hair, including a small patch of chin hair. He stands 5 feet 7 inches, and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
Stevens was last seen in the 900 block of London Boulevard on April 17.
He is currently recovering from recent leg surgery, and officials say that he may be experiencing medical complications…
