HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)– Motorists can expect delays in area of Mercury Boulevard in Newport News and Hampton, police say.
Hampton police took to social media announcing traffic lights are down along Mercury Boulevard, beginning at Roanoke Ave and extending to the Newport News city line, due to a blown transformer.
