NORFOLK, Va. — A Virginia State Police AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old taken from a Norfolk home early Thursday morning.
Police say Ziyon Isyiere Suzario Dagner was taken from the 3600 block of Orange Street just after midnight.
