VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A law enforcement memorial service took place Thursday morning to honor men and women of the Virginia Beach Police Department who have given their lives.
10 On Your Side was at the service. It was moved indoors to the Virginia Beach Convention Center due to the rain. Several members of law enforcement, as well as the mayor and police chief, made remarks.
