SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Suffolk Police Department arrested Quintin L. Harrell, 52, of Suffolk, on May 8, following two robbery investigations.
Harrel faces two counts of robbery and is being held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail with no bond. The arrest on May 8 occurred without incident, concluding investigations initiated by the Suffolk Police Department.
The charges stem from two robberies: one in the 1500 block of Holland Road on April 5 and one in the 800 block of East Washington Street on May 5.
