SUFFOLK, Va (WAVY) — Suffolk residents and those passing through on Route 58 have been dealing with construction of the Southeastern Public Service Authority flyover project since 2024, but they got some encouraging words from VDOT Monday on the $30 million project.
“It’s gonna be better — shortly,” said VDOT area construction engineer Chris Wojtowicz. “It’ll be much better, trust me.”
