STAUNTON, Va. (WAVY) — Dustin “Dusty” Turner was released Wednesday morning from Middle River Regional Jail and has had his parole transferred to Indiana, his mother told WAVY’s Andy Fox.
Turner is a former Navy SEAL trainee who had been granted parole earlier this year after being in prison since 1995 for the killing of Jennifer Evans in Virginia Beach. 10 On Your Side was there when Turner was released for the first time in March.

However, he went back to jail since his release in March for not letting his parole officer know of two significant relationships.
Turner’s mother said he would leave for Indiana Saturday on positive terms. He will have to report to a parole officer in Indiana.
