CHICAGO (WGN) – A chaotic scene unfolded on the city’s Northwest Side Tuesday morning as federal agents reportedly chased a man, crashed into a woman’s car and left a loaded magazine of ammunition in the street while detaining the man.
The incident happened at around 8 a.m. at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Kedzie Avenue in the Albany Park neighborhood.
