MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Portage Police Department officers arrested a Chicago woman after a dog was found in a Walmart parking lot and later died earlier this month.
The police department explained Tuesday that it received reports about a French Bull Dog that was near death and wrapped in a blanket on Tuesday, June 2, in the Portage store’s parking lot.
Someone who was concerned about the dog took it to Portage Veterinary Clinic, where the dog died…
