MISSOULA, Mont. – Two members of a Chicago-based drug ring admitted to charges of fraudulently acquiring oxycodone from Montana pharmacies.
The District of Missoula U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a press release that the men pleaded guilty at the start of this week.
The government alleged in court documents that the two men, a 23-year-old and a -32-year-old, paid for a group of people to fly to Montana and use fake prescriptions at pharmacies to obtain Oxycodone and controlled substances…
