Two teens have been charged in connection with a carjacking on Chicago’s Southwest Side.
Eniah Diggs, 19, a resident of the 7900 block of South Ingleside Avenue in Chicago, and a 16-year-old girl have both been charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm.
