Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul has filed a lawsuit against an Arlington Heights-based plumbing, heating and electrical contractor, alleging the company used deceptive sales tactics to pressure homeowners — particularly senior citizens — into costly and sometimes unnecessary repairs.
