CHICAGO – A 15-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with an April shooting that killed a 16-year-old boy and seriously injured a 16-year-old girl on Chicago’s South Side.
The teen was arrested Wednesday in the 6700 block of South Cregier Avenue, police said.
