Eugene Bartucci, MD, an orthopedic surgeon who founded Elmhurst Orthopedics, died Aug. 28 at age 72, according to an obituary in the Chicago Tribune.
Dr. Bartucci earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his residency there in 1986. He spent 45 years in medicine, including 35 years on the medical staff at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
