SOUTH CHICAGO — City officials have shared a plan to streamline zoning and guide development in South Chicago, and neighbors have a few more weeks to share their thoughts before a city panel considers its adoption.
The city’s planning department this month released a draft of the South Chicago Land Use Framework Plan, which has been in progress since last fall.
