Dozens of jars and vape pens with suspected cannabis were confiscated at about 10:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, during a premise check of a business at 6841 W. Addison St., where officers had set up surveillance due to reported social club activity in the past, according to 16th (Jefferson Park) District police.
Officers reported that they observed a notebook containing a guest list for an event at the establishment and saw pink wristbands and pink raffle tickets, which officers reported as commonly used for large scale events, according to police.
Officers also reported that behind an interior door was bar with loud music playing, numerous individuals and a folding table with suspected narcotics and vape pens which allegedly were for sale, police said…
