Before you toss that stack of old lottery tickets, you may want to take one more look.
The Illinois Lottery is searching for the owner of an unclaimed $250,000 Lucky Day Lotto ticket purchased in Chicago for the Nov. 7, 2025, drawing. The prize expires Nov. 7 if no one claims it.
The winning ticket was purchased at the BP gas station at 10300 S. Torrence Ave. in Chicago. Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
Four other Illinois Lottery prizes are also nearing their claim deadlines:
• A $200,000 Powerball prize from the Dec. 15, 2025, drawing, sold at Hy-Vee, 2115 S. MacArthur Blvd. in Springfield.
• A $200,000 Powerball prize from the Dec. 17, 2025, drawing, sold at Jays Unlimited Liquor, 2900 Ogden Ave. in Aurora.
• A $700,000 Lucky Day Lotto prize from the Jan. 23, 2026, drawing, sold at Shell, 5201 N. Western Ave. in Chicago.
• A $150,000 Powerball prize from the Jan. 24, 2026, drawing, sold at Exxon, 3831 W. 95th St. in Evergreen Park…
