CHICAGO – A woman has been detained to await trial after prosecutors accused her of shooting the passenger of another car during a road rage confrontation on the Stevenson Expressway. Daisy Estrada, 22, was arrested Friday, more than a year after the shooting unfolded on the inbound ramp at Central Avenue.
