CAROL STREAM, Ill. (WTVO) — A man was fatally shot by police Saturday at a Carol Stream apartment complex.
Police responded to the domestic violence call at 4:15 a.m. in the 200 block of East St. Charles Road.
The situation was evolving rapidly Deputy Chief Brian Cluever told FOX .
The man was shot by at least one officer. The man was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries. None of the authorities were injured during the incident according to WLS .
No further information has been released as the police continue to review body cam footage, police said.
The DuPage Metropolitan Emergency Response and Investigative Team will be investigating the officer responsible.
