69-year-old man found Friday afternoon in flipped car in wooded area off South Harlem Avenue
Authorities found 69-year-old Sami Jebreen dead inside a overturned car in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on the Southwest Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Friday when the vehicle flipped over and crashed in a wooded area near the 5200 block of South Harlem Avenue, close to the north entrance of Interstate 55. Despite an immediate response from Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Jebreen was pronounced dead at the scene.
