Windows of 8 parked cars smashed on Chicago’s Northwest Side: police

CHICAGO — The windows of eight parked vehicles were smashed overnight on the city’s Northwest Side.

The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 3600-3800 block of North Nordica in the Dunning neighborhood.

Police said a man broke the driver’s side and passenger side windows of eight parked cars. Only one of the vehicles had property stolen from it.

The offender fled the scene afterwards in a dark-colored sedan.

No one is in custody. No further details have been provided by police.
