Today is National Taco Day, and it wouldn’t make sense not to highlight what’s been dubbed the best tacos in Illinois. While Taco Day was originally set for October 4, the folks at Taco Bell pushed to move National Taco Day to the first Tuesday in October every year because, you guessed it, Taco Tuesday.
