LINCOLN PARK – The Wieners Circle was hit by burglars – and though its staff is cracking their usual jokes, they’re frustrated. At 3:45 a.m. Monday, at least three people broke the glass door of the famous hot dog joint at 2622 N. Clark St. and stole the ATM inside, police said. The group drove away in a black SUV, police said.
