CHICAGO – Two people are jailed after prosecutors accused them of robbing and dragging a man with their car at a Northwest Side gas station earlier this month. Davell Dixon-Matthew, 30, and Shayna Sergerson, 32, were arrested this week in connection with the October 7 robbery at Mobil, 5949 West Higgins, in Jefferson Park.
