(WNY News Now) – A 20-year-old Chicago resident faces felony charges after an alleged assault on an elderly man inside a Tops Markets store in Jamestown. Jamestown, N.Y. – On November 2, 2024, at approximately 3:49 p.m., Jamestown Police responded to a reported assault at the Tops Markets located at 738 Foote Ave. Upon arrival, officers encountered an elderly male victim with visible physical injuries, being treated by Al-Star ambulance staff on the scene.
