The Chicago Police Department has issued a call for assistance in locating Debra McKinney, a 17-year-old girl reported missing since December 21, 2024. According to the official bulletin, McKinney was last spotted in the vicinity of the 6700 block of South Jeffery Street in Chicago. The teen’s last known attire included a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white shoes, and she was carrying a black purse at the time of her disappearance.
