CHICAGO – A 16-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man were arrested Sunday in connection with a carjacking and battery that occurred last month in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood. The girl faces two felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a weapon, while Fonocerio Edwards, of Waukegan, faces two felony counts of vehicular hijacking.
