Chicago Police Appeal for Help in Search for Missing 13-Year-Old Deangel Pruitt

The Chicago Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl, Deangel Pruitt. According to a bulletin issued by the CPD, Pruitt was last seen on November 28, 2024, in the 100 block of N. La Crosse Ave. She is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet 2 inches, and weighing approximately 200 pounds, with medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair.

Pruitt was reported missing after she did not return home and has not been heard from since her last sighting. There are concerns for her well-being, as she may be in need of medical attention. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a black hooded sweater, black leggings, and shoes with a red, white, and blue pattern. Anyone with information regarding Pruitt’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or the Area Four Detective Division at (312) 746-8251. The Area Four Detective Division-SVU is actively investigating the case.
