CHICAGO, Illi. (DDN) – This Monday, a boy who is 17 years old was taken into custody for robbing and assaulting at least four persons when they were riding on CTA trains a month ago.
There are a total of four felony counts of robbery against the teenager, three felony counts of aggravated battery to transit passengers or personnel, and one felony count of aggravated battery causing substantial bodily damage. All of these charges are serious allegations.
