CHICAGO, IL – The National Public Housing Museum officially opened today at 919 S. Ada Street, marking the completion of an 18-year restoration of the last remaining Jane Addams Homes building, museum officials announced.
Located on Chicago’s Near West Side, the Museum celebrates the resilience, activism, and cultural contributions of public housing residents.
