Real ID deadline is 1 month away, but not for everyone. How to check if you have one, or need one

Starting in one month, you won’t be able to board a domestic flight without a Real ID. But you may already have one.

In a recent statement, Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias said the Real ID rollout has caused confusion throughout the country, and in Illinois. Here’s what to know before heading to the DMV.
