An FBI task force was not playing games when it was time to take down the man wanted for a three-year-old murder on the Dan Ryan Expressway last week.
Video obtained by 312Watch showed federal agents closing in on a white SUV in the Jewel-Osco parking lot, 1224 South Wabash, shortly after midnight on April 24.
