2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins joins Lisa Dent to discuss his latest solution to the ‘teen takeovers’. Ald. Hopkins has previously tried to pass a curfew to prevent the takeovers from happening, but was unable to get the support. However, Ald. Hopkins says he has a compromise ordinance that has the votes to pass despite the Mayor’s opposition to a curfew for minors.
