Chicago police have taken three men into custody in connection with the shooting of two individuals on the West Side, with the alleged offenders facing charges that range from aggravated battery with a firearm to possession of a stolen vehicle, according to the Chicago Police Department.
Dalvin Mullen, 27, is facing a multitude of charges, including felonies for aggravated battery and discharging a firearm, repeated possession of a firearm by a felon, aggravated fleeing with an altered registration plate, and possession of a substance with intent to manufacture, among others. He was apprehended on the 100 block of N. Lotus Ave., meanwhile, Byjon Grant, 18, and Byron Atkins, 19, who were both arrested on the 800 block of N.
