The alert was released following Jamar’s disappearance on May 9th, 2025. Identified as a male standing approximately 5-foot-5, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a medium complexion and is of Black race.
At the time of his last sighting, Evans was wearing a distinctive outfit, a black and red baseball cap, paired with a red sweater, and black pants. Authorities have expressed particular concern for Evans’ well-being, noting that he may be in urgent need of medical attention.
