Prosecutors have charged a Chicago man with involuntary manslaughter, saying he is responsible for shooting and killing a woman while playing with a gun over the weekend.
Chicago police responded to a “person shot” call at a home in the 7900 block of South Essex on Saturday afternoon. They found 22-year-old Tajanae Stephens dead from a gunshot wound to her head, officials said.
