A man found dead near a park playground on Chicago’s North Side this week was murdered, officials have determined.
The Chicago Fire Department responded to a report of a person down and struggling to breathe near the walking path and playground at Ronan Park, 3000 W. Argyle St., around 8 a.m. Thursday, according to dispatch records. EMS personnel evaluated the man’s injuries and brought the police to the scene.
