Chicago police need help identifying a man who may be responsible for murdering another man in South Shore earlier this month.
Witnesses reported hearing two men arguing in the 7800 block of South Merrill around 1:16 a.m. on June 3. That was followed by gunshots and, according to one witness, the sound of someone saying, “Why you gotta shoot?”
