CHICAGO (WMTV) – A funeral was held Thursday morning for the 20-year-old Chicago-area man whose body was recovered after a boat capsized on the Wisconsin River earlier this year.
After nearly three months of searching, the body of Francesco “Frank” Di Filippo was found on Sunday afternoon near Newport Beach.
